We live several hours away and she not only took the time to take videos for us, but came out to show us a house during a torrential rain storm and has always been available to answer all of our questions and concerns.

We have bought and sold 5 homes in the last 19 years AND moved 10 times, so I feel that I am qualified to state that Denise is the most amazing, kind and thoughtful realtor we have ever worked with! My normal time for finding a home I really want to live in is anywhere between 9 months and a year. Not to mention that I normally go through an average of 5 realtors during a house hunt!
